For our Intermediate and above students – we separate classes into Singing & Acting to focus on the individual disciplines to then combine again for shows and competitions.
We emphasise the need for our dancers to understand the power of acting through performance to demonstrate the story they’re telling and the emotions they’re conveying to the audience.
Students will be taken through a combination of acting techniques to truly break them out of their comfort zone in a judge-free space. They’re also given different scripts to learn to put these techniques into practice as well as increasing their confidence with improvisation.
